How does Statements by Email work?

Instead of printing statements for sending by mail, we send you the PDF of your statement as an email attachment.

I signed up for Statements by Email, but I’m still receiving my statements in the mail. What do I do?

If you signed up for statements by email near the end of the billing cycle, (usually at the end of the month) we may have mailed the statement before receiving your request. If you continue to receive statements, contact us at 530-755-0055.

What email address should I be receiving my statements from?

Close Lumber and Corning Lumber statements are sent from ar@closelumber.com. This email is not designed to receive messages, so please do not reply to statements.

My email address has changed or I would like to receive my statements at a different email address. Who do I contact?

I would like to receive my statements via mail, no longer by email. How do I switch?

I signed up for statements by email, and am not receiving statements in either the mail or in my email’s inbox? What do I do?

Make sure the statement hasn’t been placed in your email’s spam or junk folder. If you still don’t see it, contact us at 530-755-0055.

I can’t view the email attachments, or the statements are unreadable. How do I fix this problem?

Make sure you have an up-to-date application on the device you are trying to view the statement capable of viewing PDFs.
