Essential Job Tasks:

  • Comply with company policies and standard procedures

  • Perform tasks related to accounts payable, such as: process invoices from our vendors, reach out to vendors when questions arise in invoices received, follow company handling and filing policies for paperwork
  • Regularly perform account reconciliation
  • Complete tax-related filings and provide tax-related information to the CPA
  • Travel to other company store locations to assist in accounts payable tasks
